About Training and Placement Department
All students are unique in their own way and it is important for each and every one of them to realize their potential and capabilities early on in life to lead a successful, happy and healthy personal and professional life in the future.
The Training and Placement Cell of SANKALP GROUP OF COLLEGE is committed to facilitating this journey of students from academia to industry and launching them into the professional world, higher education or self-employment through various initiatives including personal and career counselling, trainings, mentorships, internships, collaborative project work, etc., to help them with valuable industry exposure.
The College keeps high expectations from its entire staff to do their best at work and holds the same high expectations from all its students – to do and give their best. The objective is to equip students to become confident, self-expressed and knowledgeable young men and women in their respective subject of study through the values of excellence and commitment.
The faculty of every Department supports the Training and Placement Cell through its efforts to host conferences, workshops, trainings, guest lectures, alumni talks, project work, etc., to prepare the students and bridge the gap to realize the motto of the college – Build your career and character with care!

The aim of the Placement and Training Cell is to act as a facilitator to train, groom and equip our students successfully with the knowledge, technical and personal skill sets and humility to be the select choice of recruiting companies.

- 5To make students industry ready through exposure to the industry and its demands through Knowledge Clubs and activities, industry expert talks and walks, research work, mentorship, guest lectures, internships, project work, Alumni Speaks and other related activities.
